Major credit cards are accepted. Checks or money orders are also accepted as payment, but your purchase will ship after payment has cleared.

Gift Certificates
If you want to buy someone a gift, but just can’t decide what to get, order a Gift Certificate. They can be used by the receiver as a form of payment…just enter the Gift Certificate number in the payment field during check out. Gift certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced.

Shipping
I ship via the most economical route --USPS Priority Mail usually. I will also ship UPS, or Fed Ex, if it is specified. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days, unless a special delivery request is made. Of course there will be additional shipping charges for FedEx Overnight or 2nd day deliveries. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Standard shipping charges for small orders are $5 for USPS Priority Mail.

For exact shipping charges via Fed Ex or UPS please email me with your shipping address so I can confirm the charge to your address.

Return Policy I want every purchase to be one with no regrets, so if a particular piece of jewelry isn’t what you expected or you just don’t love it, please feel free to return it.

Return the piece no later than 7 days after you have received it and I will refund you in full. All pieces must be in their original condition. Payment will be refunded once the jewelry has been received.

Prior to returning, please let me know why you want to return the piece, and package it properly to insure a safe journey. The package at this point is your responsibility therefore; I recommend that you send it via a method that is traceable, i.e. delivery confirmation or insured. You are responsible for shipping costs to return an unwanted item. I do not accept returns that are shipped C.O.D.

Repairs
If any piece should require a repair, please notify me via email or telephone about your repair needs, at which point you may ship it back to me. I typically do not charge for repairs if all of the parts are present. I will resize rings once free of charge, after which there will be a $15 charge. Not all rings can be resized depending on the design. I do ask that you be responsible for the costs involved in shipping the piece back and forth.
